At the Vigilerhof, guests can discover and enjoy the essence of South Tyrolean cuisine. The identity of a region is often reflected in its cuisine; here, influenced by its unique location between the Alps and the sea, that cuisine harmoniously combines Alpine and Mediterranean elements. Our recipes are a mixture of hearty country dishes and refined Italian creations. We place great emphasis on using regional and seasonal produce such as asparagus, apples, chestnuts and hand-picked berries from local gardens. The culinary region of South Tyrol also offers a variety of delicious products, including top-quality wines, a select range of which are stored in our in-house wine cellar.
New Year’s Eve Reservations
For reservations on December 31st, we require a deposit of €100 per reserved table.
As New Year’s Eve involves significant advance planning and staffing, this deposit helps us manage reservations fairly.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 7 days prior to the reservation date.
In the event of late cancellations or no-shows, the deposit will be retained.
