The right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Code is not provided for - however, we are prepared to apply the following cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations up to 91 days prior to arrival, we will keep your deposit (Art. 1385 of the Civil Code).
- For cancellations within 90 days of the arrival date, 40% of the agreed total price less the deposit will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, we will charge 70% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, we will charge 90% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, we will charge 100% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed daily rate for each day not enjoyed.
