Check-Out: By 10:30 AM
If you arrive earlier, you can store your luggage with us (at your own risk) or use the changing room with lockers. If you arrive after 8:00 PM, please let us know in advance.

Accessibility:
Our hotel offers barrier-free rooms designed to meet the needs of guests with disabilities. All areas – including rooms, restaurant, spa, and swimming pool – are easily accessible by elevator. If you have any questions or special requests, we are happy to assist you.
Children:
To ensure children feel completely comfortable, we offer a spacious indoor playroom and a lovingly designed outdoor playground in summer. Our little guests are also welcome in the swimming pool and one of our relaxation rooms. Even the outdoor sauna on the second floor has been designed with families in mind. At dinner, children can choose from a specially curated kids’ menu.
Dogs:
Your dog is warmly welcome and may accompany you throughout the hotel, except in the winter garden, wellness area, and pool. The surcharge is €35 per night (excluding food).
