On the day of arrival, you can check into your room from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, we can store your luggage for you. If you are unable to arrive in time for dinner (by 20:00), please let us know in advance. On the day of departure, your room will be available until 10:30.
Payment: We prefer cash payment for orders up to €4,999.99. However, we accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard, Carta Si.

The right of withdrawal according to the Consumer Code is not provided for - however, we are prepared to apply the following cancellation conditions:
- For cancellations up to 91 days prior to arrival, we will keep your deposit (Art. 1385 of the Civil Code).
- For cancellations within 90 days of the arrival date, 40% of the agreed total price less the deposit will be charged.
- In the event of cancellation within 30 days of the arrival date, we will charge 70% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, we will charge 90% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, we will charge 100% of the agreed total price less the deposit paid.
- In the event of late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the agreed daily rate for each day not enjoyed.

Any number of unforeseen events can happen before you arrive, and with our travel cancellation insurance you are financially covered. If you have to cancel your holiday, delay your arrival or leave earlier than expected, you may have to pay cancellation fees; to save yourself these costs, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that your costs are covered by the European travel insurance company, Europäische Reiseversicherung.
